Note: Today we are visiting with Lisa, from LovinTheGoodOleDays.
LovinTheGoodOleDays is a constantly evolving creative outlet for me. I started my shop with cloth napkins and handmade recycled paper. I have added items along the way that filled either a personal need I had or something I am personally interested in.
While I love all the brightly colored items I see on Etsy, I am actually quite down to Earth and I think the items I make give you a good idea of my own personal tastes. If I wouldn’t have it in my home, I wouldn’t have it in my shop, unless it is a custom order, that is.
The newest addition to my shop is my Sweater Creation line of recycled/upcycled sweater garments. I just have a few now, but I have a mountain of sweaters and so many great ideas. I am so pleased to finally have this line getting under way. I must give a shout-out to Katwise, the originator of the reconstructed sweater coat, for her inspiration. Without her tutorial and her blessing, these might never have come to be.
And a great big thank you to Etsy for making it possible for so many creative folks to be able to follow their dreams.
